Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your band’s billing page whenever you like. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then drop to Free — no cancellation fees, no awkward phone calls.
Is it priced per band or per person?
Per band. One subscription covers everyone in the band up to the plan’s member limit. Members never need their own paid account, and you can be in as many bands as you like with one login.
Do I pay for crew and deps?
Never. Inviting sound engineers, lighting techs, electricians, drivers, deps and guests is always free. Paid plans include unlimited crew; the Free plan includes two.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Where VAT applies it will be shown clearly at checkout and on your receipts, and VAT-registered businesses can add their VAT number for invoicing.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your gigs, songs, money records and files stay exactly where they are. Features above your new plan become read-only or hidden until you upgrade again — and you can export your data at any time.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for twelve months up front and save compared with monthly. You can switch between monthly and yearly from your band’s billing page.
Can I try paid features before I buy?
Start on Free with your whole band, then upgrade the moment you need gig sheets, money tools or more people. There’s no time limit on Free, so take as long as you need.
