Made for the people behind the band

Whatever you do on the night, it’s all here.

Sound engineers

Input lists, stage plots, monitor mixes and the band’s tech spec — current for every gig.

Lighting techs

Set times, stage layout and venue notes, plus the setlist so you can plan your cues.

Electricians

Power drops, phase and load requirements marked on the plot, with load-in times and venue contacts.

Drivers & backline

Pick-up times, addresses, parking and load-in notes, plus the packing list for the van.

Deps

The gig sheet, the setlist, the charts and recordings — everything you need to nail it on the night.

Techs & tour managers

Day-of-show timelines, checklists and lift shares across every act you look after.

Tech that’s always current

Stage plots, input lists and power drops — no more blurry photos.

Bands attach their stage plot and input list to each gig. You see the latest version, can print it for the desk, and — if the band allows — update it yourself.

  • Channel list with mics, DIs and stands
  • Power drops marked on the plot
  • Load-in, soundcheck and curfew on the gig sheet
  • Venue contacts, parking and access notes

Crew FAQ

Good to know.

Work with a band that isn’t on BandQuill yet? Show them what it does.

Do I need to pay for BandQuill?
No. Crew accounts are free forever. Bands invite you, and being invited never costs you a penny — however many bands you work for.
Can I use one account for several bands?
Yes, that’s the point. Accept each band’s invite with the same email address and all your gigs appear in one calendar, colour-coded by band.
Will I see the band’s fees or private chat?
Only if the band chooses to share them. Bands decide exactly what each role can see. By default, crew see only the gigs they’re booked on and never see the band’s fees — but you can always see your own fee.
Can I edit stage plots and input lists?
If the band gives your role edit access to gear & stage plots (the default for crew), yes. Your changes are saved for everyone, so the plot is always the latest version.
Can I sync my gigs to my phone’s calendar?
Yes. Subscribe to your personal calendar feed in Google, Apple or Outlook calendar and every gig you’re booked on appears automatically.
